Living Your Dream: A Practical Guide to 'Pivoting' to a More Purposeful Life
How to start working on your dream life - right away
You are currently living your greatest fear. Coming across this article is the sign you needed. This is the exit. There will be a few more opportunities to exit after this one, but I urge you to take it now. The next one might be a few days, weeks, months…or even years ahead.
So much for a sign - that opening was ‘giving cryptic’. You may now relax.
I’m not trying to get you to drop everything in your life to become a nomad on an island somewhere…well, the possibilities of remote working have expanded exponentially so it may be a bit more feasible now. If that’s your dream, go for it!
Alas, back to the matter. I write this because there is a 90% chance you are living your worst fear. How do I know? You’re desperately unhappy, forfeited your dream, or there’s something in your life you just can’t stand right now.
Maybe it’s your job. Perhaps you can’t stand waking up every day at a designated time to do designated things to pay designated bills. Perhaps you really dislike the activities you have to do on a daily basis.
Maybe it’s your love life. No matter what you do, you just keep getting into relationships with the same sort of person again and again. It’s almost a little creepy. Your last partner just keeps morphing and reappearing in your life as somebody else.
Or maybe it’s…everything. Everything is exhausting and tiring. Nothing energises you anymore. Your life seems preprogrammed, mundane, and downright boring.
Whatever it is that’s got you down in the dumps, your reckoning has come right here. It’s more than possible to create a life you genuinely enjoy, and feels aligned with your highest sense of purpose and happiness.
