Perhaps the most important, and yet difficult pursuit.

Life flows from the self - so it’s pretty normal if you’re constantly looking for ways to be a better person. Heck, if you’re a subscriber to Optimise Me, I reckon that’s one of the key reasons you’re around these neck of the woods in the first place.

In the past few months, I’ve been deepening my understanding of self-awareness through attachment theory and affect regulation. They sound like two ultra-complicated concepts. However, they’re pretty simple - but profoundly important - when it comes to managing our quest towards mastery of self.
