As we progress ever faster and further towards the reality of our mortality, I have made it my life’s work to maximise my human potential, and dedicate myself to continuous improvement mentally, emotionally, and physically.

About Me

Hi, my name is Renée. I’m an academic, entrepreneur, research enthusiast and content creator with a passion for high performance.

My passion for personal growth and optimisation has helped me achieve the following:

  • Receive a scholarship to Oxford University for my undergraduate degree and graduate with a first class.

  • Receive a full-ride scholarship to Harvard University for my postgraduate degree.

  • Build my online presence as a writer and content creator.

  • Co-found one of the biggest global online women’s communities and media companies.

  • Co-found my own publishing accelerator programme for upcoming young writers.

  • Work with some of the biggest global brands (such as Apple, Harper Collins, and Goldman Sachs to name a few).

  • Go from being clinically obese to losing over 50 lbs (and maintain a healthy body composition for over 3 years).

There’s plenty of other arbitrary wins in my arsenal. But, now we’re over the necessity of validation and assuring you that I’ve pulled off some dope things, let’s get into what you really came for.

What I really care about is sharing the tools, resources and knowledge I soak up on a daily basis to help others do better than me. Pretty radical right? Most folks want you to emulate them.
